Asa Brown is a seasoned attorney with nearly a decade of legal experience, proudly serving clients throughout the Palouse region and the greater Pacific Northwest. His practice spans corporate law, estate planning, transactional matters, intellectual property, and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) law. Mr. Brown provides strategic, solution-oriented counsel to both individual and corporate clients, with a focus on protecting assets, advancing business objectives, and navigating legal complexities with clarity.

Mr. Brown earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2014, following a Bachelor of Arts in 2010 from the same institution. He is licensed to practice in both Washington and Idaho and is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Idaho State Bar.

• Corporate Law:
  Advises startups, closely held companies, and nonprofit organizations on entity formation, corporate governance, restructuring, and regulatory compliance. Representative matters include guiding clients through the establishment of LLCs and corporations, drafting shareholder agreements, and advising boards on fiduciary duties and best practices.
• Estate Planning:
  Assists individuals and families in protecting their legacy through comprehensive estate plans. Matters include drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives, as well as advising on estate tax minimization strategies and succession planning for family-owned businesses.
• Transactional Law:
  Provides counsel in a wide range of business transactions, including asset and stock purchases, vendor and service agreements, and commercial lease negotiations. Has successfully represented buyers and sellers in multimillion-dollar transactions and routinely advises on contract negotiation and risk mitigation.
• Intellectual Property:
  Protects clients’ creative and commercial assets through trademark registration, licensing agreements, and enforcement strategies. Experience includes managing trademark portfolios, advising on copyright compliance, and drafting IP clauses in commercial contracts.
• Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) Law:
  Represents collegiate athletes, brands, and organizations in navigating the evolving NIL legal landscape. Matters include drafting endorsement and sponsorship agreements, advising on NCAA and state compliance, and protecting athletes' publicity rights in commercial ventures.
