Baumgarten to Attend Washington Foundation for Criminal Justice 'Defending DUIs' Seminar

In a constant effort to keep abreast of scientific and legal changes in
the area of DUI defense, Luke Baumgarten will travel to Seattle in December
to attend a conference put on by the best and most respected DUI attorneys
in the state. The conference is approved by the National College of DUI
Defense and will cover many topics, including Washington's new breath
testing machine, the Draeger, which will eventually replace the BAC Datamaster
machines that have been in use in Washington for over 20 years.
